- JSC «National Agency for Innovation Development «QazInnovations» (hereinafter - QazInnovations) according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a national development institution in the field of innovation development and innovation observatory.
QazInnovations participates in the formation of initiatives within the framework of the implementation of technological policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, providing innovation grants, support for business incubators, methodological support for the development of innovation infrastructure (technology platforms, sectoral centres of technological competence, business incubators), etc.

Innovation grants for technological development of existing enterprises
are provided to applicants to solve technological problems on the development of the enterprise, implementation of import substitution programme, by implementing the results of scientific and technical activities, including with the use of technology transfer, in order to obtain a positive economic effect, within the framework of priority areas defined by the authorised body.
The grant amount is not more than 400 million tenge.

Innovation grants for technological development of industries
are provided to applicants to solve technological problems of the industry by introducing and using the results of scientific and/or scientific-technical activities in production, as well as the acquisition, adaptation and implementation of foreign technologies at enterprises whose products and/or services have a significant impact on the technological development of industries or create the basis for the emergence of new high-tech industries, innovation platforms or necessary elements of the innovation ecosystem, within the framework of priority areas, determined by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The grant amount is not more than 800 million tenge.
