Algarytm Integration experts took part in the Digital Almaty 2024 business programme

Algarytm Integration, a partner of 1C Kazakhstan, shared its expertise at the Digital Almaty forum. The forum was attended by more than 30 thousand people.

The main theme of the event was ‘Industry X: Digital Evolution of the Future’. Algarytm Integration took part in the business programme of the event.

Laura Salamat, Development Director of Algarytm Integration, moderated the session ‘1C: Effective Management of Industrial Processes’. There are more than 800 enterprises of manufacturing industry and mining and metallurgical complex operating in Kazakhstan, for which the issues of digitalisation come to the forefront. There is a significant increase in the implementation of EPR and MES systems.

Basically, digital transformation based on technologies with Industry 4.0 elements implies the creation of a core within a company that will integrate different levels of business processes on an end-to-end basis, including the involvement of ERP systems. ‘Setting out on a digitalisation journey has helped us increase our digital maturity and see new horizons in the Kazakhstan market. Automation and digital transformation gives us at least stability and efficiency of processes, and at most - the opportunity to be one step ahead and lay the foundation for a new format of work for the whole industry,’ said Laura Salamat.
Development Director of Algarytm Integration also moderated the panel session ‘Women in Digitalisation and Industry: Role and Opportunities’. The panellists agreed that professionalism has no face, and even less gender. For example, more than 3,500 women work at the factories of Kazakhstan's largest car manufacturer. Some of them are employed in production on the assembly line, while the rest hold positions as designers and engineers.

The Digital Almaty International Digital Forum is a traditional dialogue platform for discussing the digital agenda, new strategies for digital transformation, and trends in digital technologies. The sixth forum brought together government officials from the SCO and EAEU countries, leading experts and entrepreneurs to exchange experience and ideas aimed at shaping a new era of digital industry.
